Patchwork and Quilting

These sessions are aimed to get you started on your quilting journey. 

Really, there are so many patchwork designs and techniques you could

be sewing for years!

However starting with a simple design and getting your techniques 

right is the first step. In these sessions you will make a small lap/ cot quilt (42" x 32" approx) or a n 18inch cushion cover

You will -

• Learn how to use a rotary cutter and quilting ruler to cut and piece you blocks together
• How to sew straight and accurate seams
• How to assemble all the layers of your quilt a and how to quilt effectively
• How to bind your quilt and construct mitred corners
