These sessions are aimed to get you started on your quilting journey.
Really, there are so many patchwork designs and techniques you could
be sewing for years!
However starting with a simple design and getting your techniques
right is the first step. In these sessions you will make a small lap/ cot quilt (42" x 32" approx) or a n 18inch cushion cover
You will -
- Learn how to use a rotary cutter and quilting ruler to cut and piece you blocks together
- How to sew straight and accurate seams
- How to assemble all the layers of your quilt a and how to quilt effectively
- How to bind your quilt and construct mitred corners
